Sam is a Physics Graduate from the University of Exeter who has led innovation at Exosoft since its inception. As our technical director, Sam is at the cutting edge of our deployments and innovation in software. In addition to his wealth of experience in bespoke software, data, and workflows, Sam is also an experienced VFX pipeline engineer. He has developed pipelines for several well known productions working with well-respected post-production studios. When not in the office, Sam can be found rolling around under cars, perfecting the perfect ride across Exmoor.

Joe is a Physics graduate from the University of Exeter. He is a director of Exosoft and one of its co-founders. He is the beating heart of Exosoft's ambition to turbo-charge SMEs in the West Country and beyond via our committed and personable approach to software development. When not at his work PC or at networking events in Exeter, Joe enjoys climbing and mountaineering in wild places around the UK.

James is a Physics graduate from the University of Exeter who has quickly integrated into our team. He has spearheaded work with a key client, translating their vision into easy-to-use, reliable software. James is able to cut through technical detail to deliver practical and reliable software, both for our clients and our team. James spends a lot of time outdoors, and his hobbies include sailing and hiking.

Drew is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Birmingham. He started his programming journey there designing software to track defects in nuclear reactor components. Since joining Exosoft in 2021, he has put these skills to use in the delivery of cutting edge web-interfaces and automation for our customers. At the weekend, Drew can be found camping and paddleboarding.
